Why We Built This Site
Colorado's public hearing docket answers when and where a matter is set, while a Register of Actions lists the case events. The Clerk of Court, Rio Blanco Combined Court holds official District and County Court documents. Meeker and Rangely municipal clerks keep their own town matters. We organize the verified contacts, search paths, local case codes, and request choices that help a reader reach the right custodian without treating those separate tools as one database.
What You Will Find Here
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and verify an appearance
- Record requests: how to order court records, an ROA, or a certified copy
- Docket details: how Rio Blanco criminal dockets and civil dockets differ
- Case lookups: how a case search uses a name, class, year, or sequence
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Colorado court, clerk, town, county, or state agency. Those limits mean:
- We cannot change, confirm, continue, or reset a court setting
- We cannot provide legal advice about a filing, charge, order, or deadline
- We cannot seal, amend, remove, or correct a court case
- We cannot issue an official docket, case file, order, or certified copy
- We cannot promise that a fee, hour, contact, or setting has not changed
- We cannot retrieve restricted material for someone
An official or certified record must come from the clerk or court that holds the original. We can identify that office, but we cannot supply its document.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They operate their own services, choose their prices, and control their results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this site. We do not set the provider's charge and cannot guarantee the scope or accuracy of its data.
